Shopper Experience

• In the previous version, the "Forgot Your Password" option was not available on the customer login page. 

• In the current version, a new "Forgot Your Password" button has been added directly on the customer login page.

[ZPD-30116/ZLMC-5725] - Webstore - Issues observed with tax calculation for UK culture. 

[ZPD-30715/ZLMC-6003] - Webstore -  When new addresses were added for billing and shipping, they were set as the default for the active session, even if the "Set this address as default" flag was not checked.

[ZPD-30764/ZLMC-6009] - Webstore - When a shopper was beginning the checkout process in one tab while simultaneously opening the application in another tab to add items to the cart, then returning to the first tab to complete the checkout, it was causing issues in the checkout process.

[ZPD-30888/ZLMC-6086] - Admin - While replying to customer service requests, emails with attachments were not being sent to customers.

[ZPD-30925/ZLMC-6118] - Admin - Two default profiles were being set for a single user.

[ZPD-30979/ZLMC-6136] - Webstore - Issues were observed with the “Checkout as a Guest” button, where it remained visible even when the cart was empty.

[ZPD-31350/ZLMC-6316] - Admin - The application was freezing when attempting to access an inactive variant due to multiple variants having the same configurable attribute values.

[ZPD-32187/ZLMC-6996] - Webstore - The screen was freezing when navigating to a different page from the order history page.

[ZPD-32188/ZLMC-6997] - Webstore - The PO number did not appear on the order receipt page when the order was placed using a PO number.

[ZPD-32236/ZLMC-7016] - Admin - The string to date time conversion was throwing an exception, causing an error message to appear in the application log.

[ZPD-32607/ZLMC-7131] - Webstore - When opening the PDP page of the bundle product from webstore a blank page was showing up.

[ZPD-32647/ZLMC-7153] - Admin and Webstore - The calculation section failed to display the discounted amount when a return was created for grouped products that had an add-on and an applied coupon.

[ZPD-32646/ZLMC-7155] - Webstore - Tax calculation for add-ons was not working correctly during webstore returns when the same product was added to the cart both with and without add-ons.

[ZPD-32682/ZLMC-7187] - Admin and Webstore - Changes made to a single page in CMS did not reflect on the webstore unless the store experience was also published.

[ZPD-32705/ZLMC-7204] - Webstore - The cart page was not displaying the correct item quantity for items moved from the saved cart; instead, it always showed a quantity of one for each line item.

[ZPD-32763/ZLMC-7224] - Webstore - The tax was not being calculated while submitting a quote.

[ZPD-32780/ZLMC-7230] - Admin -  The system wasn’t allowing to associate a price list to a new store until a currency was selected, even though a default currency was already automatically associated with the store.

[ZPD-32782/ZLMC-7227]  - Webstore - The checkout page displayed a validation message and disabled the "Place Order" button if a user selected a payment method without choosing a shipping option.

[ZPD-32803/ZLMC-7255] - Admin - The administrator role was getting auto-applied to the users when an account was associated with them.

[ZPD-32827/ZLMC-7261] - Webstore - The shipping and billing address section on the quote receipt displayed a blank space when address line one was left empty.

[ZPD-32809/ZLMC-7251] - Webstore - The out-of-stock products were getting added to the cart

[ZPD-32826/ZLMC-7263] - Webstore - The product name link to the PDP page was not working when a bundled product was transferred from the saved cart to the cart page.

[ZPD-32838/ZLMC-7269] - Webstore - The space between the table header and the table row was missing in the action column of the saved carts section when hovering over it.

[ZPD-32841/ZLMC-7271] - Webstore -  Users were redirected to a blank page instead of a 404 page when the category ID was changed in the URL of the category page.

[ZPD-32846/ZLMC-7277] -  Webstore -  The reCAPTCHA on the PLP page displayed an error, preventing users from logging in to view pricing. This issue occurred when the "Login to check the pricing" flag was enabled.

[ZPD-32847/ZLMC-7279] - Webstore - When a bundle product was added to the cart, and users tried to open its PDP by clicking on its name, they were redirected to the PDP of an associated simple product instead of the main bundle product.

[ZPD-32860/ZLMC-7289] - Webstore - When the auto-applied voucher was removed and manually re-applied, the place order button was being disabled.

[ZPD-32859] -  Webstore -  When the saved cart was moved to the cart page, the changes made to the product quantities from the saved cart were not reflecting correctly and displaying the quantities as they were at the time of saving the cart.

[ZPD-32861] -  Webstore - The save button remained enabled even when the quantity of a product in the saved cart was increased beyond the product's maximum order quantity.

[ZPD-32885] - Admin and Webstore - CMS pages were displayed in search results when store settings were published with CMS content. However, if the store settings were subsequently published without CMS content, the CMS pages were no longer displayed in search results.

[ZPD-32348/ZLMC-7040] - Admin and Webstore - The simple category promotion with facets template was not visible properly webstore.

[ZPD-32886/ZLMC-7307] - Webstore - Users were able to add a quote request by changing the cart URL even though “Enable Quote Request” flag is turned off.

[ZPD-32951/ZLMC-7338] - Admin -  Account data was not displayed on the admin console after it was imported using the account import function.

[ZPD-32977] - Webstore - The activation date wasn’t properly appearing for blog and news pages on webstore for UK culture.

[ZPD-32997/ZLMC-7360] - Webstore - The billing address phone number on the order receipt incorrectly reflected the same added characters as the edited shipping address phone number.

[ZPD-33024/ZLMC-7384] - Admin - The "State/Province/Region"  field for account addresses was showing validations even though it was not a mandatory field for UK addresses.  

[ZPD-33043/ZLMC-7390] - Admin and Webstore - The promotion/discount bar was visible for guest users even when only the promotion was created for retail user profile shoppers.

[ZPD-33053/ZLMC-7402] - Webstore - The selected product variant was not being added to the cart. Instead, only the default variant of the configurable product was added when a customer tried to add the product to their cart.

[ZPD-33173/ZLMC-7441] - Webstore - Users were able to re-enter a login session after logging out of the store by navigating with the browser's back and forward buttons.

[ZPD-32919/ZLMC-7316] - Webstore - When a bundle product was moved from the wishlist to the cart page an error message was showing up.

[ZPD-32746/ZLMC-7208] - Admin - When a product is created with special characters like * or **, a generic error message appears on the SEO details tab upon editing that product.

[ZPD-32892] - Admin - While creating an order from admin when adding a product to the cart and removing it from the cart, the system was redirecting users to the login page.

[ZPD-32597] - Admin- The application did not allow adding/managing products by an admin user with a user-defined role.

[ZPD-32952/ZLMC-7340] - Admin and Webstore -When associating simple products with a bundle product, despite the simple products having available stock, the webstore was displaying their quantity as zero when viewing the PDP page of the bundle product.

[ZPD-32661/ZLMC-7171] - Webstore - The discounted amount was not matching while the order was placed and while the same order was being returned.

[ZPD-20802] - Admin - When creating a product feed in the Dev Center, the system was not clearing the validation message that appeared if the user clicked the "Save" button without selecting a store. 

[ZPD-32769/ZLMC-7228] - Webstore - When the quantity of products was edited from the saved carts, the correct updated quantity for the product was not reflected.

[ZPD-33061/ZLMC-7406] - Admin - The Google product feed was not being exported using the scheduler, and when tried manually, the folder was being created in the server, but the files were not being generated.
