New Features

[ZPD-29072] - Cybersource Integration with Znode

Administration/ Shopper Experience/ B Store Experience

• Cybersource has been integrated into Znode which will support the following payment types:

  • Credit Card

    • For Credit Card payments, a new gateway has been added named “Cybersource” which on selection will require the administrator to add the following details to add the payment method:

      • Merchant ID

      • Merchant Key ID

      • Merchant Secret Key

    • Authorization and Capture

      • When the Credit Card Authorization checkbox is checked then the payment will be authorized and can be captured from the OMS only. 

        • Capture from OMS - This option would be available only when Display Capture in OMS is checked.

      • When the Credit Card Authorization checkbox is unchecked then the payment would be automatically authorized and captured.

    • All other fields will behave like other Payment Gateways, including Credit Card Authorization.

    • Credit Card Payments Using Cybersource:

      • The payment method can be used on the Webstore to make payments while creating Orders.

                Important Points:

• Provision to save credit card information is not supported for Credit Card payments.

• Returns and Refunds are out of scope.

• Any requirement not explicitly mentioned should follow the existing/generic behavior of the Znode application.

• PayPal

  • For PayPal Express payments, a new field “Select a Gateway” has been added which will have 2 values:

    • “PayPal Express” and 

    • “Cybersource”.

  • Cybersource on selection will require the administrator to add the following details to add the payment method:

    • Merchant ID

    • Merchant Key ID

    • Merchant Secret Key

    • Paypal Merchant ID

    • Paypal Vendor ID

  • Authorization and Capture

    • When the Credit Card Authorization checkbox is checked then the payment will be authorized and can be captured from the OMS only. 

      • Capture from OMS - This option would be available only when Display Capture in OMS is checked.

    • When the Credit Card Authorization checkbox is unchecked then the payment would be automatically authorized and captured.

  • All other fields will behave like other Payment Gateways, including Credit Card Authorization.

  • PayPal Payments Using Cybersource:

    • The payment method can be used on the Webstore to make payments while creating Orders.

    • After selecting the PayPal payment method, the “Buy with PayPal” button will be displayed. On clicking this button the iframe popup will be displayed, redirecting them to the PayPal page to complete the payment.

    • After completing payment, the PayPal popup auto closes and Payment will be processed on the client site like other gateways.

Important Points: 

• Refund and Return are out of scope.

• Any requirement not explicitly mentioned should follow the existing/generic behavior of the Znode application.

[ZPD-29565/ZLMC-5581] - USPS Shipping - Address Validation 

B Store Experience

• The USPS API provides methods and endpoints that can be used to validate and standardize addresses based on USPS standards.

• This implementation already exists for A Store and has been implemented for B Stores in this release.
  
  

Issues Resolved

[ZPD-28989/ZLMC-5479] - B Store Shopper Experience - Shoppers could not add products to their Cart using the Reorder option for Orders with an Order Total of $0.00.

[ZPD-29188/ZLMC-5521] - Web Store - When users attempted to log in and out of different tabs in the same browser, they encountered an OOPs error.

[ZPD-29192/ZLMC-5526] - Admin - Admin users could not delete the non-default User Profile(s) associated with shoppers.

[ZPD-29211/ZLMC-5540] - B Store Experience - Vertex Tax-related calculations were not working on the B Stores. 

[ZPD-29307/ZLMC-5557] - Admin and Web Store - When the shopper placed an Order that had the same line items, one with personalization and the other without, the Order Receipt did not show the pricing for the personalized line item.

[ZPD-29446/ZLMC-5570] - B Store Experience - Sporadic issues related to Cart Page were resolved. 

[ZPD-29584/ZLMC-5593] - B Store Experience - When configured on B Stores, the Custom Shipping Method did not function as intended.

[ZPD-30126/ZPD-29561/ZLMC-5583] - Admin - The date entered by the admin users was being updated to previous dates.

[ZPD-30299/ZLMC-5707/ZPD-30300] - B Store Experience - Customers were still receiving Account Activation emails even after adding or updating their phone numbers.

[ZPD-30300/ZLMC-5708] - B Store Experience  - Account Activation emails were sent to newly created users.
